SEA provides the unique capability of bonding or laminating printed wiring boards (PWB) to heat sinks, frames, stiffeners or plates. SEA has developed processes to bond either bare PWBs or assembled CCAs using adhesive films under vacuum pressure and heat. Types of encapsulants available at SEA:
